Gabriel Schwartz - "Skills and Equipment Expert"

Prior to college I was in the Rave Scene and after visiting family in Tel-Aviv I was exposed to the melodic European club music, so naturally I gravitated toward the electronic dance music genre but appreciate all music, my 48,000 tracks in iTunes will say so!   And I have started to piece together a variety of instruments and equipment for a home studio.

After grad school, I decided that the music and entertainment itch was still a fire inside and had to unleash that lion.  So in 2017, I incorporated my production company, GPS Productions, LLC.

Since then, I have opened for Mark Knopfler (from Dire Straits) and MARINA at the Met Philly beer garden, and plenty of other DJ gigs along the East Coast for private clients in Englewood Cliffs and up to Boston for the Marshfield Music Fair where I was the guest DJ for 2 laser shows.

I have worked on laser gigs for Steve Paradis (Prime Lasers), Divergent lasers, and Pawn. Those gigs gave me an opportunity to work at the PlayStation Theatre in Times Square and had the opportunity to interact the NYC Stage hands and lighting people from NBC.

I have worked directly with Kevlar (Video Kev) from Visual Infinity doing staging, lighting, lasers, and video walls for some headlining acts such as Little Uzi and other hip-hop artists at the annual Powerhouse Concert, held in Philly.  Other video wall acts included Martin Garrix (EDM DJ/Producer), Darci Lynn (American ventriloquist and singer), and video walls for Country Music artist Cole Swindell, and English pop band: The 1975…just to name a few.

I have also been on a team, doing special effects (confetti cannons and CO2 cryo jets) at the HiJinx Music festival, for acts that include Bassnectar, Skrillex, Porter Robinson, Excision and Slander, as well as Big Wild.

I have worked on DJ SkyZone events through Curran Entertainment and recently been involved on photo booth gigs and was ordained through the Universal Life Church, to conduct wedding ceremonies.

In 2018, I began my acting career and have attended a series of classes at the Philadelphia Improv Theatre ranging from improv, acting, and sketch writing.  In 2019, I had a sketched directed/produced on stage.  In 2020, I joined a talent agency.

My goal in the entertainment world is to refine my presence as an impresario.

My passion is to utilize my network of vendors and talent in this industry, so I can organize, and finance: concerts, plays, musical projects, and world-class exciting events.  Other projects in the horizon include independent films.
