DJ Bijoux (better known as Julie Oshins) has been spinning music for clients since she was 13 years old. Daughter of 50’s DJ and radio personality “Mr. Rock n Roll” Milt Oshins, DJ Bijoux developed her encyclopedic knowledge of music and lifelong passion for the power of music at her dad’s Miami record store, The Happy Note, in the 70’s and 80’s. Before long, DJ Bijoux was working regularly as a casual club and party DJ.

In 2004, Julie completed the curriculum of Landmark Worldwide, and has been part of their leader body ever since. She provided the pre-conference music for The Conference for Global Transformation in San Francisco and co-lead two conference workshops around Art and Dance. Since 2011 she has served as the “Course DJ” and sound person for several other senior Landmark programs. In fact, it was her work at Landmark that inspired Julie to combine her DJ skills, her acting chops, and her event experience into a full time business.

Julie also honed passions for acting and writing to earn her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Performance & Communications in 1991 at The University of Central Florida. Post UCF, Julie co-founded Synchronicity Performance Group as a theatrical producer in Atlanta and studied theatre in London, Orlando, Atlanta and Los Angeles.

In 2008, the second generation DJ combined an enviable vinyl collection with her first rate knowledge of music past and present to form Tranceformotion DJ Services.

Julie and her team have since worked with clients to create the soundtrack for milestone events from weddings and birthdays, to class reunions and corporate events and everything in between.

Today, Tranceformotion DJ Services boasts a 5-star rating on Yelp because of their commitment to extraordinary customer service, dependability, professionalism and delivering on the vision customers have for their event. Julie is also a continued member in good standing with ADJA.
