The economic impact of improving our country’s health even by 1% represents billions of dollars of savings on our health care systems. We have an obligation to educate ourselves on what it takes to live a full and balanced life through an easy, fun and interactive philosophy that is the core of our Make 100 Healthy community.

Our society demands that we are always on the go. We work harder than the rest of the world and take less vacation time than many of our international counterparts. What do we have to show for it? The United States adult population is sicker than those in 15 other wealthy industrialized countries, yet we spend more money on medicine than anywhere else in the world  *(new study by the Commonwealth Fund). Obviously something is seriously wrong!

Fortunately, more and more people are realizing that old-fashioned common sense along with modern technology allows us get back to the basics. To accomplish any life-changing goal, you will need energy. Getting proper nutrition and the minerals needed to fully fuel your body as well as “Eating Clean” is at the core of our Make 100 Healthy program. The simple, yet life changing act of eating food in its natural form, with hormone and antibiotic free food, with a Mediterranean style, mostly plant based diet will give your body real food that will give you the energy needed to live up to your full potential.

Okay, so you get it – committing to eating right puts you in the position to be extraordinary. But we are all emotional animals and have histories and habits that may not be our best choices. Many times, it’s because we didn’t realize the consequences of our habits. (Remember when you could smoke cigarettes on a plane or in a movie theater? If not I just dated myself LOL).
